pork shoulder (bone-in or boneless)

orange juice (freshly squeezed preferred)

lime juice (fresh)

dried oregano

teaspoon

fresh cilantro (chopped, optional for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to
300°F (150°C)
.
Place pork shoulder and all marinade into a Dutch oven or roasting pan.
Cover tightly with foil or a lid. Roast for
3–4 hours
, or until pork is fork-tender.
Uncover and increase oven to
425°F (220°C)
for 15–20 minutes to crisp up the top.
Let rest 10–15 minutes. Shred and serve.
