🍽️ Cuban Mojo Pork (Juicy & Flavor-Packed)

Ingredients
  

  • 4–5 lb pork shoulder (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (fresh)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 8 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (chopped, optional for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Place pork shoulder and all marinade into a Dutch oven or roasting pan.
  • Cover tightly with foil or a lid. Roast for 3–4 hours, or until pork is fork-tender.
  • Uncover and increase oven to 425°F (220°C) for 15–20 minutes to crisp up the top.
  • Let rest 10–15 minutes. Shred and serve.

  • Serve with white rice, black beans, and fried plantains
  • Use for Cuban sandwiches
