  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
  • Make the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Season the Tenderloins: Pat turkey tenderloins dry. Rub the marinade all over and let them sit for 15–30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).
  • Bake: Place tenderloins on the baking sheet. Bake for 25–35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Rest and Slice: Let the meat rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. This keeps it juicy.
